WHO DO YOU LOOK UP TO THE MOST?
Miss Badgal Riri, she came from nothing and progressively has built an empire. She inspires me a lot especially when she's an immigrant like me. This shows that hard work and determination can get you where you want to be in life no matter what your upbringing and where you come from.
BIGGEST WORK ACHIEVEMENT?
Work wise I'm not where I want to be just yet, but I'm on the come up, working towards my goals and achievements. My biggest achievement currently is persevering, working multiple jobs and studying fashion. what i'm most passionate about.
MY DREAM CAREER IS?
For sure something in the fashion industry and travelling the world.
HOW WOULD YOU DEFINE YOUR STYLE?
I feel like my style can't be defined. But right now im inspired by 90s/2000s hiphop era and working with what I have mostly. I wear whatever I feel like on the day, I don't have one particular style. Sometime I dress more masculine and sometimes I dress more feminine. I just rock everything with confidence, wear the clothes, don't let the clothes wear you.
ONE PIECE OF CLOTHING YOU COULDN'T LIVE WITHOUT?
This may be very generic but cargo pants. The more pockets the better, nothing worse when you trying to chill and do activities carrying a bag around all the time. They're versatile and convenient.
FAVOURITE PIECE OF JEWELLERY YOU OWN?
My Rings, my nana loves jewellery and my love for jewlerry comes from her! My favourite ring she gave me is one she bought from Ireland when she was in her 20s, its a chaddagh ring with small emerald diamonds. The meaning behind the design is friendship, true love and loyalty.
WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN UP TO DURING LOCKDOWN?
I have been tapping into my creative side. Doing study that I've been putting off for so long. I been trying to make and upcycle old clothing items and giving them new life.
Also learning and implementing the importance of self care habits to keep my body and mental healthy. Focusing on me and really looking after myself.
